Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 7, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties at Seoul Southern District Court and 2 years of suspended execution, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 15, 2012.

On June 5, 2012, around 19:35, the Defendant assaulted the E scenery belonging to the Gu Police Station D District Unit of the Gu Police Station called up after receiving a report that the Defendant gets a disturbance in front of the Gu Government-si B, and continued to take a bath to the E scenery belonging to the Gu Police Station D District Unit of the Gu Police Station called up, and the Defendant was able to remove the Defendant from the road with the right shoulder of the above landscape, flad with the breast by the hand, flading them into a wall, fladled with the flab by the flag, and flading them into a wall.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning 112 report handling.
