1. All of the instant lawsuits are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) Conclusion of a joint project implementation contract for reconstruction 1) Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J and K (hereinafter “instant land”).

A) A sectional owner of E’s housing on the ground may remove the existing building around 2005 and remove the existing building, and the main complex building with the third underground and third underground floors above the ground level (hereinafter “instant main complex building”).

B) As between February 21, 2008 and I, the construction contract (hereinafter “instant construction contract”) with the purport that I would receive a contract for the construction work of the instant main complex building with the amount of KRW 7,350,00,000 (excluding value-added tax), March 1, 2008, and May 15, 2009, with the date of commencement of the completion of the construction project (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).

(2) On July 16, 2009, the Plaintiff concluded a construction contract (hereinafter “instant subcontract”) with the content that the Plaintiff would accept the said subcontract by setting the steel bars and concrete construction cost as KRW 1,750,000 (excluding value-added tax) among the construction works of the instant main complex building that was contracted as above, among the construction works of the instant main complex building that was contracted as above.

C. 1) The instant main complex building is an aggregate building consisting of 57 households, which was almost completed in September 2012 (around 95% completion of construction).
