Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a representative belonging to the Korea Democratic Trade Union E branch under the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Private Labor Union Federation”).

On September 14, 2015, the General Assembly of Labor and Social Workers agreed on the labor market structural reform in principle at the Economic and Social Development Labor-Government Committee on Economic and Social Development Affairs, and led to strong opposition and efforts to find a foundation for the strike.

Accordingly, the president of the private sector decided to hold a large-scale "large-scale public substitute competition" jointly with citizens and social organizations, such as the Korean Film Association against the decline in the rice value, ratification of the Korea-China FTA, and accession to the TPP, etc., and the Korean Film Association, which opposed to the former Soviet Union dissolution, dissolution of the company, and placement of the company. On September 22, 2015, the president of the private sector declared to hold a "large-scale public substitute competition" for the purpose of participation of 10,000 people and social organizations on November 14, 2015.

On November 14, 2015, the headquarters for the strike of the public-private partnership was divided into five parts, such as labor (Seoul Square), farmers (Seoul Muro), citizens (Seoul Muro), young people (Seoul Muro Park in the university), and the vacant people (Seoul Mubu Park in the university). Since then, there were about 68,00 members of the assembly in each sector were trying to go into a luminous square by driving along the road, but it was no longer proceeded with the career in front of the road, etc. in front of the intersection and the sponsed building.

On November 14, 2015, at around 20:07, the Defendant conducted demonstration with the number of participants in other assemblies, and with the three-lanes located in Seoul Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, and obstructed the traffic of vehicles.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on the land.
