A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On September 19, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car on the 12:35th day of September 19, 2016, and led to the flow from the border distance in the Seo-gu, Seogu, Seo-gu, and the area of the mountain.
