Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 3, 2009, the defendant participated as the intervenor in the above court 2009Gahap3650, which was filed by the victim D against E in a lawsuit for the refund of the purchase price under Article 1106 of the Incheon District Court No. 1106, and paid 80 million won to the victim as the sales price and the compensation for damages, and at the same time, the defendant received documents necessary for the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer of multi-household housing (a real estate adjustment price: 58 million won, compensation for damages: 22 million won) in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City 2nd floor.
On October 20, 2009, the Defendant received documents necessary for the transfer of ownership of the above real estate from the victim and received a loan from the bank as collateral.
