All sentence imposed on the Defendants shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants purchase each guest room of the “J hotel” (hereinafter “instant hotel”) operated by the victim I limited liability company located in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, and the Defendant purchased each guest room.
