A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 15, 2016, around 11:30, the Defendant: (a) opened the door of a taxi driven by the victim C (58) who was standing in front of the signal waiting on the roads B B (58) and tried to take passengers; (b) heard that the Defendant cannot be able to fright due to the occurrence of another female customer from the injured party; (c) committed assault against the victim on the part of the victim at one hand.
