A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On the day of the instant case, the Defendant is between the victim C (n, 20 years of age) and the victim C (n, 20 years of age) who wn at the first time.

D. Unfavorable circumstances: The crime of this case is committed by the defendant with the wall and the defendant is broken, and the part of the victim's neck is faced with the shoulderer disease.
