A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 21:10 on February 2, 2014, the Defendant driven a car in Cmea while under the influence of alcohol content 0.151% from a section of approximately 1.5km from the 1.5km to the front road in Cmea, which is located in the vicinity of Cala-dong bathing Bathing Bathing Bathing Beach-si.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person who is engaged in driving a car with Cmea.

On February 2, 2014, at around 21:10, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, driven the said car and proceeded one way in front of the maintenance steering park, which is located in the third-way intersection at the third-way intersection, from the later side of the fishing beach.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, the injury to the victim D, such as salt, tensions, etc. of the bMW 520D car, the injury to the victim F, who is the passenger of the said BM 520D car, for approximately 2 weeks of treatment, such as chills, tensions, tensions, etc., in need of approximately 1-2 weeks of treatment, and the injury to the victim G (the 12-year-old) who is the passenger, for approximately 1-2 weeks of treatment.
