1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) as a company that manufactures and sells new shoes and clothing supplies, etc. with the trade name of “D”; (b) as a company that absorbs and merges F and C Co., Ltd. (which are separate from the Defendant) and changed its trade name as at the present.

(hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant,” regardless of whether it was before or after the merger and trade name change.

(1) On May 23, 2013, Plaintiff A and the Defendant enter into a contract with the following sales stores (hereinafter referred to as “first contract”) under which Plaintiff A and the Defendant sold D’s carry-over product at the Hong Commercial ophone store and receive fees from the Defendant:

(1) Since that time, the red permanent store (hereinafter referred to as “first store”) is established in the building of Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun.

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to continuously pursue customer satisfaction, customer reduction, and customer happiness by stipulating all matters concerning sales management, including clothing, etc., between the defendant and the plaintiff, in accordance with the franchise business (franchising method) method. Article 3 (Support of the defendant) The defendant will, if requested by the plaintiff A, support the following matters:

1. Provision of various materials to improve the business ability of Plaintiff A;

2. Advice and guidance on the strategy of promotional strategies for plaintiffs A;

3. Article 9 (Supply and Return of Goods) (1) The Defendant shall determine and supply the amount of supply in comprehensive consideration of the sales and entry amount of the Plaintiff A, consumer preference analyzed by the Defendant, details of the Plaintiff’s desired goods, Plaintiff’s credit rating, business district situation, etc.

2. The Plaintiff A may order the Defendant to supply a specific product, separate from the supply under the preceding paragraph.

Provided, That the defendant will supply the goods to the extent possible by the defendant for the ordered goods.
