A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the Gunsan-si B Building C, D, and Si E-building F, G, and B1 (Visa exemption) to live four Korean women of Thailand, including H, F, and H (28 years old), who did not have the status of stay to engage in job-seeking activities; (b) had the said women receive KRW 100,00 or KRW 180,00 according to the time of sexual intercourse through the Defendant’s sexual intercourse; and (c) had the said women receive KRW 100,00 or KRW 40,000 or KRW 80,000,000 from the said price to arrange sexual intercourse with the said women.

1. On May 25, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) (the act of arranging commercial sex), around 22:48, 2018, had a female H of the father’s nationality under the above E-building F, who is a female of the father’s nationality, engage in sexual intercourse with male and female sexual intercourses, which were recruited on the condition that he would receive KRW 100,000 per time. At that time, the said father’s nationality would have the Defendant receive KRW 648,000 in total 64 times, and had the Defendant do sexual intercourse with female and sexual intercourses.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall employ any foreigner who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities in the Republic of Korea;

Nevertheless, on May 25, 2018, the Defendant employed H(H), a national female of Thailand, who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for job-seeking activities under the above E building F, from the above B building C to the above B building on May 27, 2018, from the above B building D on June 2, 2018, and from the above E building G to the above E building G on the same day.
