The defendant is a person who drives a vehicle B with a DNA driving.

On June 8, 2018, while under the influence of alcohol 0.173% during blood transfusion, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at the section of about 10 meters from the 5th regular residence in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si to the 42nd regular residence of the 42nd regular residence in Sungnam-si.
