Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a Category B car.

On July 20, 2012, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.130% of blood alcohol concentration on July 20, 2012, and proceeded with the three-lane road in front of the Fili Changwon Industrial Complex located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Area 9-39 at the reverse village of Eunpyeong-gu at a speed of the city speed according to one-lane from the flow distance away from the back of the calendar distance.
