1. Defendant BO Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 14, 2016, Defendant BO, Defendant A, on board a spke vehicle driven by Defendant AU at around 01:00, on the top of the border point of “ROM” in the Guri-siCC, the victim CE (62 o) and its conduct are not able to turn on the way to the victim CE, Defendant A et al. al. al to take a bath to the victim CE, and Defendant A et al. al. al. al to turn on the driver’s face of the victim CA (43 o). As a result, the defendant assaults the victim A in cooperation with CE, and treat the victim AU for a period of 14 days.
