피고인은 2017. 10. 28. 22:50 경 혈 중 알콜 농도 0.141% 의 술에 취한 상태로 B JETTA 승용차를 운전하여 공주시 금 벽로 510에 있는 강북 사거리 앞 도로를 따라 옥룡동 방면에서 신관동 방면으로 진행함에 있어, 위와 같이 술에 취한 상태에서 전방을 제대로 살피지 아니하고 제동장치를 부정확하게 조작한 업무상 과실로, 위 도로에서 신호 대기로 정차 중이 던 피해자 C(36 세) 운전의 D 이륜차의 뒷바퀴 부분을 위 JETTA 승용차의 앞 범퍼 부분으로 들이받고, 그 충격으로 위 이륜차가 튕겨 나가며 그 앞바퀴 부분으로 위 이륜차 앞쪽에서 정차 중이 던 피해자 E( 여, 52세) 운전의 F 투 싼 승용차의 뒷 범퍼 부분을 들이받게 하고, 잠시 후 사고 신고를 위해 위 JETTA 승용차 안에서 휴대전화를 찾다가 기어를 주행으로 바꾸면서 위 JETTA 승용차가 전진하다가 그 앞 범퍼 부분으로 위 투 싼 승용차에서 내려 사고 현장을 확인하고 있던 위 E의 무릎 부위를 재차 들이받아, 위 C에게 약 3 주간의 치료를 요하는 둔부 열상 등의 상해를, 위 E에게 약 2 주간의 치료를 요하는 어깨 및 팔의 타박상 등의 상해를 각 입게 하였다.
