1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 232,680,707 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 22, 2015 to the date of full payment.

The fact that the Plaintiff entered into a special contract with the Defendant on July 1, 2009 and supplied the Defendant with an aggregate of KRW 238,95,007 (including value-added tax) by May 11, 2015 does not conflict between the parties, or that the Plaintiff may recognize the fact by taking into account the respective descriptions of evidence Nos. 2 and 3 and all the arguments.

On the other hand, the plaintiff is a person who was paid 6,274,300 won as the price for goods from the defendant.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the remaining price of KRW 232,680,707 and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from May 22, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the payment order of this case. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
