1. As to KRW 113,850,00 and KRW 110,00,00 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall start from August 10, 2013 to November 25, 2014.

The Plaintiff entered into a sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with the Defendant to sell real estate listed in the separate sheet on November 30, 2009 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) to the Defendant for KRW 350,00,000 (hereinafter “instant real estate”), and the remainder of the sales price shall be paid by selling an apartment owned by the Defendant, and on December 17, 2009, completed the registration of ownership transfer for the instant real estate to the Defendant on December 17, 2009.

On February 10, 2010, the Defendant prepared a loan certificate with respect to the remainder of KRW 150,000,000 as stipulated in the instant sales contract to the Plaintiff on February 10, 201, and if the contract for the apartment owned by the Defendant was not concluded by February, the Defendant would pay to the Plaintiff interest at the rate of 6% per annum from March to February.

“The Agreement was concluded.”

The Defendant began to pay KRW 700,000 to the Plaintiff on March 31, 2010, and paid interest to the Plaintiff pursuant to the above agreement, and paid KRW 40,000,000 in total, from September 7, 201 to September 20, 2011, as part of the remainder under the instant sales contract.

The payment of interest of the defendant since 2011 is as follows:

7,10,00 won each month from January 201 to August 201, 201; 7,10,000 won each aggregate of 5,00,000 won each on December 1, 201 (i.e., KRW 700,000 x KRW 850,000 x 3) payment from January 201 to April 2012; and (ii) from June 6, 2012 to September 7, 2012 to KRW 4,00,000 each month for the above performance period (i.e., KRW 5,00,000 x KRW 8) payment of KRW 50,000 each of the above performance period; and (iii) payment of KRW 8,00,000 x KRW 500,000 each of the above performance period; and (v) payment of KRW 305,205,205,375,205, etc.
