The defendant's KRW 829,560,335 to the plaintiff and 5% per annum from February 12, 2020 to October 30, 2020 to the plaintiff.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

The Plaintiff in part of the term of appeal filed a claim for damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint in this case. However, the damages for delay pursuant to the rate of the same Act pursuant to Article 3(1) of the same Act can be claimed as “the day after the day when the complaint demanding performance of monetary liability or other equivalent document was served on the obligor.” Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay exceeding 5% per annum on October 30, 2020
