Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a two-wheeled vehicle B 110cc.

On October 9, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 18:50 on October 18, 2016, and turned to the left one lane between 82, SBS frithm in Mapo-gu, Seoul and 4-lane in the search station.

At all times, crosswalks are installed, and there is an intersection where signal lights are installed.

In such cases, the driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to confirm whether there is a motor vehicle that drives the motor vehicle along the intersection by reducing speed and checking well the direction of the road, and to prevent the accident in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle in accordance with the traffic signals.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to turn to the left in violation of the signal even when the vehicle signal was changed to the red signal, and caused the victim D (20) who is driving a two-wheeled vehicle on the right side from the left side of the running direction of the Defendant to go to the road after having the victim D (20) who is going to go to the right side of the vehicle under the above three-wheeled vehicle.

Defendant 2 suffered injury, such as salt dynasium and tension, which require two weeks of treatment due to such occupational negligence.
