The Defendants jointly share KRW 157,363,704 against the light metal Co., Ltd. and the Defendants on July 4, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff light metal is a corporation with the objective of the non-ferrous metal wholesale business, and the plaintiff light metal is a corporation with the objective of producing and selling aluminium, and the plaintiff light metal is a corporation with the objective of manufacturing and selling non-ferrous metal.

Defendant A is a corporation with the purpose of metal processing and manufacturing business, and Defendant B is a representative director of Defendant A.

B. As between April 2015 and April 1, 2016, Defendant A entered into a contract for the supply of goods between Plaintiff Horizontal Metal and Defendant A, the Defendant supplied aluminium materials, etc. from Plaintiff Horizontal Metal, and traded with the content of paying materials to Plaintiff Horizontal Metal.

As of May 4, 2016, due to the above transactions and partial repayment, the Plaintiff’s claim for the price for the goods that the Plaintiff light metal owned to Defendant A was KRW 217,505,202.

C. During the period from November 2015 to February 18, 2016, Defendant A entered into a contract for the supply of goods between Plaintiff Gyeong Metal and Defendant A, the Plaintiff was supplied with aluminium outer materials, etc. from Plaintiff Gyeong Metal, and traded the transaction with the content of paying materials to Plaintiff Gyeong Metal.

As of May 4, 2016, due to the above transactions and partial repayment, Plaintiff Myeong Metal had been KRW 59,745,038.

Plaintiff

As between April 2015 and April 1, 2016, Defendant A entered into a contract for the supply of goods between ethyl and Defendant A, with the Plaintiff’s materials, etc., and traded with the Plaintiff’s material cost to Plaintiff A.

As of May 4, 2016, due to the above transactions and partial repayment, Plaintiff B was KRW 34,823,184.
