Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

(2) On March 10, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment and three years of suspended execution on March 18, 2016, for the purpose of larceny on night buildings at the Gwangju District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 18, 2016. On January 12, 2017, the same court was sentenced to two months of imprisonment with prison labor and one year of imprisonment with prison labor on April 26, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 24, 2018.

[2] On June 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim D’s “E” restaurant operated by the victim located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju; (b) carried out a cash of KRW 200,000,000 in the victim’s possession and a breab in the city of the city; and (c) stolen it, as indicated in the list of crimes in the separate sheet of crimes in the separate sheet of crimes, by intrusion into a structure managed by the victims at night over 29 times from August 26, 2018; and (d) did not commit a theft of or attempted to steals the total amount of KRW 1,64,00,000 in property owned by the victims at night.
