Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a general restaurant in the name of “D” in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

On February 26, 2015, the defendant seems to be a clerical error in May 26, 2015.

At around 01:00, the above restaurant sold 50,000 won of alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, etc. to customers E, and arranged B to attend the restaurant with E to drink together.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted entertainment activities for profit-making purposes.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant in violation of the Food Sanitation Act receives 10,00 won through 30,000 won from A, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) of this Article, at the time and place, and drink together with E, who is a customer.

Accordingly, the defendant provided entertainment services for profit purposes.

B. The Defendant, at around 12:00 on June 2, 2015, engaged in the investigation of the Suwonnam Police Station in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si and the economic2 team office, and the F’s personal information that he/she had been aware of inf, making it difficult to say that the Defendant was F, while doing so.

After undergoing an investigation on the case of violation of the Food Sanitation Act as stated in the Paragraph, the signature of “F” at the end of the interrogation protocol without authority to exercise the right, and the signature of “F” was forged, and the above interrogation protocol with a forged private signature was presented as if it was duly formed to G with a slope belonging to the above police station without authority, and the signature of F was exercised.
