1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

1. On July 2013, the gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion: (a) approaching the phone calls from which the Defendant’s business employee won a free accommodation right to the Plaintiff; and (b) soliciting the Plaintiff to enter into a contract with the Defendant to make a full refund at the request of the Defendant at one year after deposit; and (c) the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the use of the resort (hereinafter “instant contract”); and (d) paid KRW 2,200,000 deposit money with the card.

On the other hand, the Plaintiff demanded the Defendant to refund the deposit amount of KRW 2.2 million on July 2014, when one year has passed since the contract of this case was concluded, and the Defendant was merged with another company and merged with another company, and the return of the deposit was delayed, and rather, the Plaintiff refused to refund the deposit amount until now. Thus, the Plaintiff demanded the Defendant to refund the deposit amount of KRW 2.2 million and delay damages.

In full view of the reasoning of the argument in each statement of evidence Nos. 2, 6 through 9, and 13 through 17, the plaintiff's right to use the set purchased by the plaintiff was a product with a deposit amount of KRW 9 million, annual fee of KRW 220,000 (10 years for membership), and the defendant's act of purchasing the right to use the set upon the explanation of the operating staff of the Ri company similar to the defendant that many consumers, other than the plaintiff, can return the deposit, etc., and then the case was shared and since the deposit was not refunded, each of the case was established to receive compensation. The Seoul Mine Police Station conducted an investigation to secure victims' statements in relation to the alleged fraud of the representative of the Luridong Police Station. The plaintiff also received text messages related to the investigation from the Seoul Mine Police Station, and the plaintiff's person who received the deposit against the defendant during the lawsuit against the defendant.
