A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
Around December 2016, the Defendant instructed the victim C’s middle school scam of the Victim C to spread a her body photograph by demanding a money from the victim’s cell hacking, and came to know this fact through a scam scam of the victim’s cell phone that he was exposed to a serious mental impulse by spreading a photo to the surrounding people through the victim’s cell phone.
