A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CK5 cars.
1. On June 12, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from D Driving) started and proceeded with the said car parked in front of the Ecafeteria located in Daegu Western-gu D while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.166%.
In such cases, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the steering gear, brakes, etc. for those engaged in driving of motor vehicles.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to perform the above duty of care in a state where normal driving is difficult due to the negligence of the Defendant’s failure, and thereby, received the right-hand part of the Victim Furg G G G Dop-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-C
Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim FF (the age of 58), such as salt, tension, etc. in front of the light that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, injury to the victim H (the age of 52) who was on board the top of the A-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed W-Wed W-Wed W-Wed W-Wed W-Wed W-Wed W-W-Wed
2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) driven CK5 vehicle from three lanes in front of a restaurant in Daegu Seo-gu to five lanes in the above road while under the influence of alcohol by 0.166% of blood alcohol concentration in the temporary border as stated in paragraph (1) of this Article.
On November 4, 2019, the Defendant, at around 23:45, driven CK5 cars from approximately 500 meters to the front road in the Seogu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, J-gu, without obtaining a driver’s license.
