A. On May 29, 2014, the Defendant newly established a new wholesale market of fishery products in B agricultural and fishery products wholesale market (hereinafter “instant wholesale market”) with approval from the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries pursuant to Article 17(4) of the Act on Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fishery Products (hereinafter “Agricultural and Fishery Products Distribution Act”).

1. The number of designated wholesale market corporations: A corporation of fisheries category;

3. The term of validity of designation of wholesale market corporations: Five years;

5. Qualification requirements and selection criteria.

(a) Qualification requirements: Corporations meeting the qualification requirements referred to in Article 23 (3) of the Agricultural and Fishery Marketing Act;

B. Selection 1) Matters prescribed by the Municipal Ordinance 1) Any corporation that has at least 1.7 billion won of the capital of a wholesale market corporation * any corporation that has been secured at least 1.7 billion won as of the date of receipt of an application for designation of a wholesale market corporation 2) and other matters prescribed by the opener of a wholesale market shall be established as of the date of receipt of an application for designation of a wholesale market corporation, and any other management plan of equipment, organization, number of persons, etc. necessary for the operation of the wholesale market corporation, which is established as of the date of the public announcement of the matters determined by the opener of a wholesale market. The corporation may be able to install a corporation (e.g., the auction site, selling store, etc.) to reasonably establish and contribute to the facilities (e., insufficient facilities) in which the corporation has established and operated reasonably, such as the supply of information on distribution of corporations, a plan for computerized processing of business, a plan for cleaning and sanitary processing of fishery products.
