A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 01:50 on August 1, 2016, the Defendant driven a D K9 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.233% in a 1km section from the front of the Dong University Hospital, which is located in the Dong-dong of Pannam-si to the front road of the Cheongju-si in the 21st century.
