피고인은 2015. 3. 20. 23:40경 서울 마포구 C에 있는 마포경찰서 D지구대 사무실 안에서, 위 지구대 소속 경찰관인 순경 E이 주취상태로 보호 조치되어 있던 피고인을 보호자에게 인계하려고 하자 갑자기 “씨팔 개 같은 짭새야!”라고 욕설을 하며 주먹으로 E의 얼굴을 1회 때렸다.
