Punishment of the crime

On July 9, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.121% on blood alcohol level, driven a vehicle of approximately five km from the front of the New Women's Hospital located in Daegu-gu Busan-gu, Busan-do, where it is difficult to find out the trade name near the Daegu-gu, Jung-gu, the Defendant driven a vehicle of approximately five km from the B-do to the front of the World Women's Hospital located in Daegu-gu.
