Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. Defluence;

가. 피고인은 2013. 9. 29. 22:23경부터 같은 날 22:30경까지 사이에 서울 동대문구 왕산로 214에 있는 청량리역 전철 연결통로에서, 여자친구와 말다툼을 하면서 핸드폰을 바닥에 집어던지는 것을 피해자 D(58세)이 쳐다보며 참견하였다는 이유로, 그곳에 있는 행인 여러 명이 지켜보는 가운데 “이 씹할새끼야 좃같은 새끼야 이씹새끼야, 당신이 뭔데 참견하냐 씹새끼야”라는 등 욕설을 하여 피해자를 공연히 모욕하였다.

나. 피고인은 전항 기재 일시, 장소에서, 위와 같이 욕설하는 것을 보고 피해자 C(49세)이 “나이 드신 분에게 욕을 하는 건 너무 심하지 않냐”라고 말하였다는 이유로 그곳에 있는 행인 여러명이 지켜보는 가운데 피해자에게 “지랄하고 자빠졌네 뭘 봐 새끼야, 당신이 뭔데 참견하냐 씹새끼야, 녹음해 개 씹새끼야 지랄하고 자빠졌네”라는 등 욕설을 하여 피해자를 공연히 모욕하였다.

2. The Defendant assaulted the victim D’s chest at the time, place, etc. described in the above 1.a. for the foregoing reasons, and assaulted the victim D’s chest at one time, and the back on one occasion.
