A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 18, 2014, the Defendant purchased 85 million won in the name of CE at the Dongyang social office located in 124, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, under the name of 124, the Defendant: (a) purchased 85 million won in the purchase price; and (b) paid 1,848,106 won in the interest of 11% per annum from August 25, 2014 to August 25, 2019; (c) concluded a loan agreement with the victim Yangyang Life Insurance Co., Ltd. and immediately delivered the said Trac; and (d) on August 29, 2014, the Defendant secured the above Track in order for the victim to meet the purpose of collateral by establishing a mortgage over the bond value of 85 million won in the amount of the above Track to the above Track; and (d) thus, the Defendant secured all the above e-mail to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant violated the foregoing duties and paid only up to four occasions until January 30, 2015, and paid the remainder of installments, and at the special tur office located in the 28-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si and made it difficult to grasp the location by moving the possession of the said vehicle to a non-standing-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si.

As a result, the Defendant acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 85 million in the claim value of the above mortgage, and caused the damage equivalent to the same amount to the victim.
