1. The Defendant shall, within the scope of the property inherited from the deceased C, pay to the Plaintiff KRW 51,00,000, and this shall not apply to the Plaintiff on January 2, 2018.

According to the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, Eul evidence Nos. 1 and Eul evidence Nos. 1 (including the branch number), and the whole purport of the pleadings, the plaintiff lent 244,001,082 won to the network C from Jan. 2, 2008 to Mar. 15, 2016, and agreed to pay the above amount from Aug. 2, 2018; ② the defendant succeeded to the network C alone; ② the defendant received the ruling of approval of the fixed payment inherited as the Seoul Family Court 2018Ra9461 on Apr. 18, 2019; thus, the defendant has the obligation to pay the plaintiff 51,00,000,000 won among the loans inherited from the network C within the scope of property to Aug. 31, 2018, calculated as requested by the plaintiff during the period from Aug. 21, 2018 to Aug. 29, 2019>

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
