1. The Defendants: (a) on March 4, 201, the Seoul Eastern District Court’s registration office with respect to the real estate stated in the attached list to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On January 20, 201, the Plaintiff: (a) determined the size of building 204.29m29m2 in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F apartment commercial building G, H, and I to be jointly used by the non-party company and Defendant B Religious Organization C&C (hereinafter “Defendant church”) for a lease term of one year; (b) the deposit amount of KRW 90,000,000; and (c) the remainder is KRW 7,000,000 when the Defendant church move in; (d) the monthly rent is KRW 2,00,000; and (e) the monthly rent is KRW 2,00,000; and (e) the lessee is automatically cancelled; (e) the lessee is ordered to order the leased building; and (e) the lessee has established the lease contract and the remainder is 00,000,000,0000,0000,0000 won in the future as a guarantee measure for the lease deposit; and (e) the lease agreement was concluded and remainder.
B. As to the real estate indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”), the Plaintiff completed the registration of the establishment of the neighboring real estate to the Seoul Eastern District Court No. 11379, Mar. 4, 2011, which was the Seoul Eastern District Court, with the maximum debt amount of KRW 200,000,000, and the debtor and the non-party to the right to collateral security.
(hereinafter referred to as “the establishment registration of a neighboring mortgage of this case”) C.
In addition to the down payment of KRW 7,00,000, the non-party company did not pay the remainder of the lease deposit stipulated in the instant lease agreement, and did not move into the building which is the object of the lease.
On the other hand, on May 23, 201, the J: (a) the supplementary registration of partial transfer of right to collateral security on the ground of a final claim partial transfer (170,000,000 won) was completed on June 2, 2011 in the same registry office; (b) the supplementary registration of partial transfer of right to collateral security on the ground of a final claim transfer (170,000,000 won) was completed on October 16, 201 in the future of the Defendant church.
