A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2014, at around 23:45, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to “F, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Mapo Police Station E District, who was dispatched after receiving 112 a report, shall stop the disturbance and demand him to return home,” and (b) took a bath to “Isson’s superior. Chewing, dead, cut off. She shall be cut off.” On the ground that F, a police officer, who is a police officer belonging to the Seoul Mapo Police Station E District, who was dispatched upon receipt of 112, took a bath to “Isson’s superior,” and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of public design and order of F, who was a police officer, by assaulting him/her once by walking his/her way.”
