Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates Scki in Suwon-si, Suwon-si B.

No person shall sell imported foods without filing an import declaration, or display them for sale.

Nevertheless, on July 1, 2013, the Defendant, without filing an import declaration on July 13:25, 2013, displayed the imported “China-China Death Net” for the purpose of selling KRW 4,000 per unit.
