Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding seven million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 13, 2019, at around 10:55, the Defendant driven a B K5 taxi and moved the water cooperation distance, the same side of the water cooperation distance, which is located in 117, Go-ro, Go-ro, Go-ro, Go-ro, Jeju, to the water control distance, from the C apartment room to the water control distance.

On the other hand, there was a crosswalk where signal lights are installed at the front door, so the person engaged in driving of such motor vehicle has the duty of care to check whether there is a person who gets a way to reduce the speed and to check well the front door, and to safely drive the motor vehicle according to the traffic signal and prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, while neglecting this, the Defendant left the crosswalk to the left side of the Defendant’s right side of the road due to the occupational negligence by neglecting the signal in front of the crosswalk, left side of the road, depending on the pedestrian signal at the right side of the Defendant’s direction, and went beyond the ground, and caused the victim to suffer bodily injury, such as the salt, tension, etc. in need of a medical treatment for about a week, even though the Defendant stopped immediately and escaped without taking measures such as aiding the victim.

1. The Defendant’s summary of the assertion is that he was temporarily stop in front of the above crosswalk while driving a BK5 taxi (hereinafter “instant taxi”), and the victim was on his own in the speed of 10km per hour due to the lack of pedestrians.
