1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 44,990,000 and the interest rate thereon from March 19, 2020 to the day of full payment.

(4) In light of the above legal principles, the court below erred by misapprehending the legal principles on the presumption of confession of applicable provisions (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the Defendants submitted the original copy of the payment order in this case, and only a simple written objection that does not dispute the causes of dismissal or request of the Plaintiff, and did not submit any subsequent written response and did not appear on the date of pleading. Thus, the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession of all the facts of the Plaintiff under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act)
