A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased 305,00,000,000, from E in the name of “F, Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City apartment complex 111 Dong, 305,000,000; (b) decided to take over the obligations of KRW 160,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,0000,0000,000,000

The Defendant forged a sales contract with the above E in order to raise the amount of loan in obtaining the above apartment loan from the Korean bank as collateral, and sentenced the above apartment sales contract to unfix the above apartment sales price and conceal the contents of the rental deposit obligation.

2. Criminal facts;

A. On February 27, 2013, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) entered the part of the “real estate indication” column of the “real estate sales contract by means of a computer in the location of the Defendant’s “I” under the “real estate transaction contract using a computer in Busan-dong H building 103 3202, Dong-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-gu, G apartment 111 Dong 305; (b) the “real estate indication” in the “sale price portion; and (c) enter the seller’s column into the “F” and “K Licensed Real Estate Agent and L” into the “F” and “F”, and affix a seal of E and L arbitrarily produced from the name of the said E and B.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a real estate sales contract in the name of E and L, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On February 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) issued a forged real estate sales contract as if it was a document duly formed; (b) around February 27, 2013, the Defendant: (c) issued a forged real estate sales contract to M who is an employee in charge of loan, who is aware of the forgery at the valley-dong branch of the Bank of Korea located in Geumcheon-dong, Busan Metropolitan City.

C. The Defendant, at the same time and place as the preceding paragraph, presented a forged real estate sales contract to the said M, and completed the contract.
