Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who conducts a mutual advertising agency business of "C".

1. On May 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) posted on the Internet NAV car page “D” bulletin board around 10:34, 2014, the Defendant: (b) demanded the victim E to report the job offer advertisement “F”, “F”, “F” (price 50,000), and “F leaflet” (price 30,000) design cost; and (c) paid the price upon receipt of the produced design design proposal.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he received the design draft from the victim.

After all, the Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim as above, obtained a design trial proposal of the sum of KRW 80,000 from the victim around that time, and acquired it by deception.

2. At around 19:20 on May 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim G to produce a design trial proposal equivalent to KRW 215,00,00 in total; (b) requested the Defendant to pay the price for the design design of “H self-determination leaflet” (40,000 won); (c) design of “Iccphone name” (payment KRW 50,000; (d) design of “Jcphone name” (payment KRW 70,000; and (e) design of “F signboard” (payment KRW 100,000).

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he received the design draft from the victim.

After all, the Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim as above, obtained a design trial proposal equivalent to the sum of KRW 215,000 from the victim around that time, and acquired it by fraud.
