The defendant is innocent.

1. As to the facts charged, each of the following employees committed the following offenses. A.

C On April 21, 2004, at the point of the 18:11 p.m. 18:00 p.m. 18:0 p.m., the Korea Highway Corporation at a point of 185 kilometers’ p.m. 185 kilometers’ p.m., loading a total weight of more than 45.16 tons on the vehicles belonging to the Defendant to the Korea Highway Corporation; and

B. E, around 09:05 on March 11, 2004, 09:05, loaded 4 meters of freight on the f9.5 tons of the f9.5 tons of the f9.5 meters’ vehicle belonging to the Defendant at the non-furning office in Seoul direction, at the point of the Seoul direction:

C. G: (a) on August 22, 2003, at the point 37 kilometers of Youngdong Highway, G, the branch office of the Korea Highway Corporation located in Dongwon Highway around 04:40 kilometers, by loading freight of more than 11.1 ton of a stable weight at the fourth axis of HMon Truck, to which the Defendant belongs, and operates more than 1.1 ton;

D. at around 09:00 on November 29, 2002, I shall load and operate the freight of more than 49.72 tons in total weight on the vehicle of the J Scarman in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the motor vehicle of the defendant J Scarman located in Seongdong-gu and load more than 9.72 tons;

(e) on December 8, 2001, K operates the limited weight of more than 3.7 tons on the part of the passenger vehicles belonging to the Defendant at Wangdo-dong 260 local highway 312, Jindo-dong 2001, Wangdo-dong No. 260 local highway 312, with the limited weight of more than 3.7 tons;

F. M, around 06:05 on April 3, 2003, was operated by loading a total weight of 27.0 tons of freight on the n25 tons of truck belonging to the Defendant on the 2nd degree of Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, at the 2nd degree of Hannam-do, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, in excess of 7.0 tons;

G. On July 24, 2003, at a point of 18 kilometers in the parallel line of the Southern Line, around 19:50, and at a port of Masan Busan, at a point of 11.93 tons in the sixth axis of the P Freight vehicle belonging to the Defendant, theO shall load more than 1.93 tons in total and shall load more than 49.33 tons in total and operate more than 9.33 tons;

H. Q is at around 07:46 on May 24, 2001, 11.1 ton on the 4 axis of the Rice Traccck motor vehicles belonging to the Defendant at the non-furning place of business in the direction of Incheon 40.1 kilometer at the coastn Highway.
