A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

A seized Rater (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a daily employee who has been in charge of painting to the household completed in the operation E of C located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si.

1. On February 19, 2015, the Defendant deemed that the Victim F (F) who was involved in the president as the accounting of the said company did not receive the value of the said company’s rice as he operated D and was not able to receive the said value. Accordingly, the defendant was prepared for the purpose of setting fire to a building in which people exist.

2. At the time and place indicated in paragraph 1, the injured Defendant displayed the head f of the victim F, who is frighting to get out of the fright office with frightened fright, and frighting the victim's face by drinking frighting and walking from the victim's face, thereby causing injury to the victim, such as greging, greging, greging, checking, and other greging impairment, greging, greging, and other greging parts of the snow, greging, and greging with no descriptions of other foreign objects.
