Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and Defendant B were in the father’s relationship; the Defendants were in the victim’s post office health insurance (ir maturity refund type) around March 29, 2005; the victim’s life insurance (ir life free) multi-family care insurance around March 31, 2005; the victim’s life insurance (ir maturity) Non-Life Insurance Co., Ltd. around May 7, 2009; the victim’s non-dividend non-payment insurance Co., Ltd.; the victim ING life insurance Co., Ltd. (no type) life insurance around August 19, 2009; the victim’s life insurance (ir maturity refund type); the victim’s life insurance (ir family life insurance) at the victim’s end on the same day; the victim’s home life insurance (ir life insurance) at the victim’s end on September 1, 2009; and the victim’s family life insurance at the victim’s end on the same day; and the victim’s home life insurance at the victim’s end on the same day.

Although Defendant A did not have any special symptoms of military register at the time, or had no serious pain, the Defendants subscribed to eight insurance policies as above, even if there was no need to receive hospitalized treatment, or even if there was no disease that would have been for a long time to receive hospitalized treatment, the Defendants had been hospitalized from time to time by using the insurance terms and conditions guaranteed by up to 120 days in the event of hospitalization due to disease, etc. under the said eight insurance policies, and had the relevant hospital received documents necessary for the receipt of insurance money, such as a written hospitalization confirmation, and solicited the victims to receive the insurance money from the victims to the account in the name of Defendant B, and to use it for living expenses

Defendant

A was hospitalized for 11 days in the name of “here urine with unknown urology” from around October 5, 2009 to around October 15, 2009 by F members of the Republic of Korea, and Defendant B filed a claim for the payment of insurance money with the victim interesting State Life Insurance Co., Ltd. at the first place office in the interesting State Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd., which was located in Sinsiho-dong from around July 17, 2010 and around March 22, 2010.
