In addition, on the same day, the Plaintiff prepared a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase No. 903 among each of the instant real estate, and the Plaintiff also referred to as “A” No. 3-2, No. 3-1, No. 3-2, and “A” under Article 1: The buyer will pay the purchase price of the said real estate as follows:

The purchase price is KRW 186,851,478 down payment of KRW 186,85,000,000 for KRW 186,851,478, and the intermediate payment is paid at the time of a contract, and the remainder is paid on March 6, 2015, and the remainder is KRW 10,000,000,0000 for KRW 6,000.
