The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged in the instant case was that the Defendant did not know of the officers and employees of the Hyundai Motor and the Hyundai Heavy Industries Factory and did not receive money from the victim E as employment expenses, and the Defendant tried to use money for personal purposes. As such, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to have the victim work in Hyundai Motor and the Hyundai Heavy Industries Factory.

On July 20, 2010, the Defendant, along with D around July 15, 2010, made a false statement to the effect that “I, at the office of “I”, a non-profit organization operated by D in the third floor of the H building in the Haban-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, the Defendant wanting to find a fraudulent employment, the Defendant “I” means, “I are between home and home, and D is close to K, and D is close to K, and there exists a fact that I had been hired in the modern automobile even before I.D.,” and D made a false statement to the effect that “I would make a false employment of F as a regular worker in the salary-dong Hyundai Motor.”

In addition, around July 17, 2010, the Defendant, along with D, made a false statement to the effect that “M” restaurant located in the Yansan-gu L in the Jeondong-gu, Jeondong-si, “The Defendant” means, “I will find out about the 30 million won as a full-time employee, and prepare for the 30 million won as a full-time employee,” and D made a false statement to the effect that “I will prepare for the fluence.”

On July 20, 2010, the Defendant, together with D, received KRW 30 million from the victim, under the pretext of employment expenses, from the former bank account (Account Number:O) in the name of N, an infant of D.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, acquired money from the victim.

B. On September 17, 2010, the Defendant, along with D on September 17, 2010, in the above “M” restaurant, the Defendant, along with D, tried to find a false employment in G, shall be deemed to have been identified in the Military Heavy Industries, and at the same time, one of the full-time employees remains.
