A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 22:30 on December 14, 2018, at the main point of the “C” located in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Jung-gu; (b) intending to listen to bathing from the victim D (Nam, 64 years old); (c) moved from the victim to the main point of view; (d) putting the victim’s face back to one time; and (e) putting the victim’s face back to several physical parts, such as the victim’s face, from several occasions.

The Defendant, around December 14, 2018, tried to enter into an investigation with respect to the fact that he/she inflicted injury on D (the pending case) and agreed to enter into an agreement with D, but did not reach an agreement due to the difference in the agreed amount, he/she failed to reach an agreement.
Around January 25, 2019, the Defendant prepared a complaint to the effect that “D has committed an act to scambling him/herself as a crime of intimidation,” at the Jung-Eup Police Station located in 157-gil, Jeon Jong-dong, Jeon Jong-si, Jeon Jong-si, Jung-gu, 157, and submitted it to the person in charge of the crime of intimidation, and around January 28, 2019, he/she received an investigation as a complainant at the above Jung-Eup Police Station, and added to the above facts, he/she stated that “D was scambling and scambling him/her in his/her own tables, and was able to do so.” Accordingly, on his/her hand, on February 18, 2019, the Defendant suffered from injury, such as having been accompanied by his/her act of scambling him/her to the effect that he/she was subject to investigation as a result of the act of scambing him/her.
