1. The Defendant’s KRW 87,00,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from November 1, 2015 to May 12, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

From January 14, 2015 to February 5, 2015, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with concrete protection and retaining wall block equivalent to KRW 87,00,000 on credit. The Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff the price of the goods unpaid to the Plaintiff on July 30, 2015 by October 31, 2015, or can be recognized by taking full account of the entire purport of pleadings as a whole, since there is no dispute between the parties, or the Plaintiff’s agreement to pay the price of the goods unpaid to the Plaintiff on July 30, 2015, the Defendant has the obligation to pay the Plaintiff 87,000,000 won with the price of the goods and the payment due date therefor from November 1, 2015 to May 12, 2016, with 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act, and 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion of Legal Proceedings, etc. from the following day to the day of full payment.
