【Criminal Facts】
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person engaging in driving a B-learning passenger car.
At around 18:50 on August 11, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car by driving the said car on the Eth page from the boundary of the police station in the Seosung-si, D Dansung-si, to a one-lane way in front of the D Donsan-si.
