Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Cone Star Co., Ltd.

On September 29, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on September 29, 2015, and driven the five-lane road in front of the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, along the two-lanes from the chilling side of the uppermost road to the string distance of the network.
