A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a holder of a rocketing car in violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act

On November 1, 2014, at around 18:20, the Defendant driven the said car without mandatory insurance with a blood alcohol content of about 0.178% under the influence of alcohol on the 3km section from the front of the 3km Dogwon to the front road of the C Dog-won 3rd Dog-won.

2. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) and the Road Traffic Act.
