A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the prohibition of false labelling shall indicate or advertise the names, manufacturing methods, ingredients, dietitians, raw materials, uses, quality, and packaging of livestock products differently from facts or exaggeratedly;

2. A person who intends to operate livestock product processing business, slaughter business, milk collection business, or livestock product processing business shall obtain a license from the Mayor/Do Governor for each place of business, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister;

Nevertheless, at the time and place, such as Paragraph 1, the Defendant did not obtain a license for livestock product processing business, and 80% of the swine machine and 20% of the luxululized machine using a luxulized pulververgr (hereinafter “luxult machine”), and then crushed lux, flusium, blus, blusium, blusium, radsium, radsium, and math.
